(Reuters) - General Motors Co and South Korean joint-venture partner LG Chem Ltd will announce a second U.S. battery cell manufacturing plant on Friday, revealing plans for a $2.3 billion factory in Spring Hill, Tennessee, three people familiar with the matter said.

Prosser Area Planned Power Outage Rescheduled
A planned Prosser power outage for the area has been rescheduled for Saturday, April 18th.
According to the Benton PUD website, a planned power outage that was planned for April 10th and April 11th has been rescheduled. The original outage was planned for seven hours.

The Bonneville Power Administration (BPA) has rescheduled high priority maintenance and repair of power lines and equipment connecting the Prosser area to the regional power grid to Saturday, April 17, 2021, from 11 pm to Sunday, April 18, 2021, at 6 am. Benton PUD apologizes for the inconvenience and has already begun evaluating options for how we may be able to avoid planned outages of this nature in the future. A self-flying, electric air taxi that rises like a helicopter and flies like a plane will be on display for the first time in New Zealand.
Wisk s air taxi will be on display at Take Charge Christchurch. New Zealand s first battery-electric aircraft, operated by ElectricAir, will also be on display at the event.
Organised by Christchurch City Council, Take Charge Christchurch is being held to showcase how emerging battery-electric aircraft technologies could change the future of aviation and mobility.
